If you've submitted an item and you'd like to make changes to it, you'll need to send it back to a previous state in the workflow. An item can be edited either by the app owner or by the current participant in the state it's in. So, for example, if you've submitted your OKRs to your manager to approve but now you want to make a change, your manager will need to change the OKRs state because they are the current participant.
To edit an item's state:
Now click Form in the top lefthand corner and you'll return to the item in progress, with its newly updated state and status flag.
