Employee Performance Bell Curve

Also known as a Vitality Curve or Stack Ranking, the line graph gives a visual representation of how your organization is performing on a whole, based on performance data collected on individual employees.

The reason it is called a bell curve is because the percentage of employees with an average performance score is usually the largest and the minority will have the lowest and highest scores, causing the curve to go up in the middle and then down again. Performance bell curves also enable you to identify your star employees, based on their performance ranking.
