Cognitive computing

In HR, cognitive computing refers to a host of self-learning systems that in theory, can use data mining, pattern recognition and natural language processing to help organizations automate HR processes/systems and improve talent related decision making.

Through machine learning, reasoning, speech recognition, vision and other technologies, technichians have developed cognitive computing models that mimic human behaviors to solve problems in real time. Advancements in computational science have contributed to allowing companies to harness big data and craft learning systems that are capable of recreating digital neural networks.

The human brain has fascinated neuroscientists and other professionals alike for millenia. Now with the use of cognitive computing models and other technologies, experts are able to grasp a fuller understanding of the original and organic computer.
