Profile templates standardize employee details across the organization and help HR to create a database of important employee details.
This Basic Profile template includes:
- Employee contact details
- NI/SSI number (private to the employee and HR only)
- Emergency contact details (private to the employee and HR only)
- Company details (role title, start date, date of last promotion)
You can further customize the template to add your own data fields. These can be made visible to everyone and published on the Dashboard timeline to create a personalized employee journey. HR can also include private fields for sensitive information, and fields for account owners only like salary and payroll details.
